Information we will need to tow your vehicle

• Location of the vehicle and the keys (if keys are available)

• Make, model and color of the vehicle

• The vehicles issue at hand - will the vehicle go into neutral? Does the vehicle have all 4 tires? Are any tires flat?

• Contact information and Payment

• Upon acceptance of the job, you will be then informed our ETA and someone will be dispatched out in a timely manner

In the case of an accident

1. Check yourself for any injuries.

2. Check on the well being of the passengers in your vehicle (if any); if someone is injured get on the phone with emergency services immediately.

3. Get to safety! Make sure you are not in harms way. If your car is on a road, in the way of traffic and its drive-able, pull it off to the side of the road.

4. Call 911 - In most states it is legally required.

5. Call your chosen wrecker service. Yes, you are allowed to choose your own recovery company to get you. Just give us a call and let the fellow officer know that you already have Cains Towing LLC on the way - and again our phone number is 706-691-4960 if for any reason they need to contact us.

6. Wait for help - turn off your engine and turn on your hazard lights  to warn other vehicles to be cautious and to slow down.

7. Document the accident by identifying the officers, getting a copy of the report, take plenty of different angled pictures of the accident, and exchange information with other parties, if involved. If there are witnesses and the situation is that extreme, you could chat and get there contact information as well.
